ZGEO is pleased to have Tayo Okunade, Esq. as our legal counsel. He provides exceptional legal services and consultations in the state of Colorado. With his experience in real estate contract law and real estate construction, Tayo is an invaluable asset to our team.

Tayo understands the complexities of legal representation and litigation and believes that every client deserves the utmost attention, honesty, and value in the handling of their legal matter. He has prior experience in real estate contract law and real estate construction with respect to construction defect cases, including litigation. He is committed to providing personalized attention to each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible representation and legal advice. A 2001 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in marketing, international business, and French, Tayo obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law in 2009. While in law school, he completed internships with the Second Judicial District Court and the Colorado Court of Appeals. Along with practicing before all of Colorado's state courts, Tayo is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

Before entering private practice, Tayo served as a hearing officer with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.  He then honed his legal skills at several other prominent area law firms before establishing his own practice in 2012. He is a distinguished member of the Colorado Bar Association, the African Leadership Group, and the Aurora Bar Association.
