Ronald leads the Design and Construction Division at ZGEO, where he manages all elements of architectural design, engineering coordination, and vertical construction for the company’s geothermal and mixed-use initiatives. He offers guidance from inception to completion, ensuring that every project satisfies its technical, financial, and environmental goals.

Ronald has an extensive career featuring numerous award-winning projects in hospitality, retail, residential, and resort interiors. His notable work includes the American Airlines Sports Arena, Westin Hotel NYC, and Disney All-Star Sports Resort Hotels, among others for major companies like Sheraton and Ritz Carlton. He has been instrumental in delivering urban mixed-use, residential, and commercial structures valued between $5 million and $60 million, and has also modernized county facilities in urban centers.

As an authority in project planning and construction management, Ronald has extensive oversight in financial, zoning, and environmental considerations, which allows him to develop innovative design solutions. He aids in furthering ZGEO’s mission to provide sustainable solutions for energy, building, and agribusiness while enhancing rural economies in western Colorado.
