Greg navigates the course of the organization with over 30 years of experience.  He has held roles, and interfaced with all levels of corporate personnel, for advancement throughout his career. Greg has been immersed in design, construction, and real estate transactions in both public and private sectors.  This has led him to unite key players for establishing ZGEO Energy. 

His communication, organization, and ability to engage individuals, peers, and board members to perform while steering corporate culture, exhibits his strong leadership capabilities. Greg believes in the embodiments of honesty, integrity, and trust in leading others to achieve goals. His role with ZGEO Energy is to develop a solid business plan that mitigates risk to investors and strategic partners while protecting eco systems and improving communities. 

As CEO Greg is responsible for building alliances with investors and creating strategic partnerships.  He is an expert in the field of energy transition, having educated himself.  Greg has gained knowledge in geothermal policy, cost / financing, technologies, and geoscience through partnerships with organizations and industry leaders.  Greg works closely with government institutions and non-profit organizations including the Department of Energy (DOE), Colorado Energy Office (COE), Colorado Electric Transmission Authority (CETA), and National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).
